Even will agile delivery methodologies, there is still a need for robust and agreed processes to deliver a project, product or campaign. This can include content creation pipelines, accepting and processing payments, delivering seamless customer care or delivering entire consumer product lines. It allows the teams involved to map out the idea process, identify and address gaps, quantify and prioritise the importance, assign owners and flag dependancies.
It’s useful for…
- Fixing dysfunctional processes – Existing processes often become ineffective over time as requirements change. Use this workshop to get them back on track, optimised and agreed
- Planning for success – Get your delivery experts together and give them the time and framework to define a delivery process that has the best chance of success
- Finding efficiencies – Find improvements and efficiencies in your existing processes to save time, effort, cost and duplication

What happens next?
To make this happen, here’s broadly what happens next…
- Get in touch through the contact page in the main menu
- We’ll exchange a few emails or even better, jump on a call to explore the brief, get the background on the project or campaign in question and agree the direction.
- Agree the team makeup, the time and the date
- If there are any curve-balls, sensitivities or requirements, we can chat about them too.
- I’ll help you craft the meeting invite so that your team are ready for the workshop. Any Miro instructions will be covered too.
- If it’s in-person, I’ll arrive at least 60 mins before to set up, ideally 90 mins
- If it’s virtual / via a video call, I’ll join the call at the agreed time using your preferred video-conferencing platform and give instructions from there
- After the event, I’ll send over a compressed PDF of the outputs that is small enough to email around. You’ll also get the raw images or Miro outputs as PDFs plus a video walk-through of what happened in the session
- I send you the invoice
